What if my panel or lamp is damaged in transit?
Please carefully unpack your panel or lamp immediately upon receiving the box. If anything is damaged, contact me immediately as well as the shipper. Your artwork is completely insured for any damage.
What if I need to return the panel or lamp?
You have 48 hours after receiving your artwork to make sure that it fits your space. If it does not, please contact me before the 48 hour limit. The buyer is responsible for packing, insuring, and sending the lamp back to me in its original condition. As soon as I receive the artwork back, and find it to be in its original condition, I will immediately completely refund its cost and tax.
What bulbs shall I use for the lamps?
All of my lamps use ONLY LED bulbs. A 40 watt LED bulb will be enclosed with your new lamp. LED bulbs must be used because any other type of bulb will cause the glass to overheat, becoming dangerously hot to the touch, and perhaps causing the solder to deform.
Do you create custom panels, suncatchers, or lamps?
Of course! I love creating artworks with a client. If you have an idea for a piece with specific colors, themes, or patterns, please contact me and we’ll talk about what you would like. Turnaround time will be three weeks if I have the glass on hand.
